SKYVIEW™ began as a bold spinoff from NASA technology, created by engineers who solved an extraordinary problem. On the International Space Station, astronauts experience sunrise and sunset up to 16 times a day, pushing their biology to its limits. To help them thrive in this extreme environment, these engineers designed the world’s first circadian-balancing lighting system. Powered by breakthroughs in our understanding of melanopsin and the body’s master clocks, this innovation aligned light with the human biological rhythm, supporting essential processes like sleep, mood, and cognitive function.
With SKYVIEW™, this same revolutionary technology was reimagined for life on Earth. More than just a light, it became a design-forward companion for homes and offices, helping people reconnect with their natural rhythms and experience a healthier, more balanced life.

Tackling a Hidden Crisis
But the path to transforming an entire market wasn’t easy. SKYVIEW entered a crowded wellness lighting space where competitors promised similar results for a fraction of the cost. Our challenge was to position it as the pinnacle of quality, tie it to a broader wellness movement, and inspire a new understanding of how lighting could transform lives.
Circadian rhythm disruption is a quiet epidemic impacting 90% of the global population. From anxiety and depression to severe health conditions like psychosis and fertility, this disruption permeates every layer of modern life. Compounding the issue, humans now spend 93% of their lives indoors, often under lighting that harms rather than heals. SKYVIEW’s mission was clear but ambitious, to raise awareness of this crisis, challenge everyday habits, and offer a tangible solution.

- Owning the Narrative: When positioning SKYVIEW, we leaned into SKYVIEW’s scientific origins, grounding its story in precision and credibility. By exploring the science of how typical artificial lights disrupt health, and how windows block critical wavelengths, we made the issues visible and personal. Through educational blogs, vibrant tutorials, and social media campaigns, we connected people with the deeper problem and the life-altering benefits of SKYVIEW.
- Design That Speaks: Our original website was a visual and emotional experience, inspired by crisp lines, sleek animations, and human warmth. Designed to simplify complex ideas, it invited users into the SKYVIEW story and helped them see themselves living happier, healthier lives through balanced light. Aspirational imagery brought SKYVIEW’s impact to life, in moments of joy, deeper connection, and restful harmony. This website has sense been rolled back under new leadership and licensing concerns. - A Movement with Meaning: Our advertising and content plan focused on turning SKYVIEW into more than a product, but a wellness moment that required cultural credibility. We partnered with wellness leaders like Deepak Chopra, collaborated with Gwyneth Paltrow and Goop, and engaged audiences where they already trusted. The product has been seen in the hands of celebrities like Justin Bieber posting about SKYVIEW as well as on wellness forums celebrating its innovation. The brand achieved reach and relevance on both personal and global scales.
