But when they sought to extend that trusted legacy into the smart home security market, they faced an undeniable challenge. AAA Smart Home’s product catalog was expansive but overwhelming, their digital presence needed transformation, and their vision was clear but unrealized.
As a marketing consultant and advisor, I partnered with AAA to tackle these challenges head-on. At its core, this wasn’t just about selling smart home security solutions. Through initial market research, an opportunity emerged to focus on helping families feel safe, supported, and connected in a world where technology can often feel impersonal. Our role focused on empowering their teams, simplifying their offerings, and creating a seamless, human-centered experience that could resonate with their customers. The task wasn’t simply to innovate; it was to ensure customers, from tech enthusiasts to wary first-time smart device buyers, felt confident every step of the way.

While the app was never launched, this platform provided a vision where homeowners could collaborate on common security concerns, reinforcing trust and loyalty while aligning with AAA’s mission of connection.
